S e c t i o n 3 Ores, source materials and special fissile materials coming from outside the Community Article 64 The Agency, acting where appropriate within the framework of agreements concluded between the Community and a third State or an international organisation, shall, subject to the exceptions provided for in this Treaty, have the exclusive right to enter into agreements or contracts
