CHAPTER 9 The nuclear common market Article 92 The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to the goods and products specified in the lists forming Annex IV to this Treaty. These lists may, at the request of the Commission or of a Member State, be amended by the Council, acting on a proposal from the Commission.
