TITLE XVIII ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND TERRITORIAL COHESION Article 174 (ex Article 158 TEC) In order to promote its overall harmonious development, the Union shall develop and pursue its actions leading to the strengthening of its economic, social and territorial cohesion.
