Article 302 (ex Article 259 TEC) 1. The members of the Committee shall be appointed for five years The Council shall adopt the list of members drawn up in accordance with the proposals made by each Member State. The term of office of the members of the Committee shall be renewable. 2. The Council shall act after consulting the Commission.
