7.6.2016 EN Official Journal of the European Union C 203/30 Article 74 The Commission may exempt from the provisions of this Chapter the transfer, import or export of small quantities of ores, source materials or special fissile materials such as are normally used in research. The Agency shall be notified of every transfer, import or export operation effected by virtue of this provision.
