Within Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (CRR) there are several Articles using the term "member state" (e.g. Article 4 Paragraph 1 Subparagraph 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 40, 43, 44, 127 - Article 6 Paragraph 2 - Article 7 Paragraph 1 - ...). Unfortunately neither CRR nor Directive 2013/36/EU (CRD) contain a definition of the term "member state".
