In accordance with Article 33(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (CRR), the institutions do not include the fair value reserves related to gains or losses on cash flow hedges in any element of Own Funds (as a result of the specific filter applied).
