What are the conditions for Early intervention in Article 27(1) of Directive 2014/59/EU (BRRD)? The drafting is not clear. Member States are required to provide for a set of triggers which will form the basis for the supervisor’s assessment that the conditions for Early intervention are met. The EBA will provide guidelines on the triggers.
