Which conditions should direct contributions to reserves from shareholders meet when assessing their conformity with the criteria contained in the last subparagraph of Article 26(1) CRR? Apart from capital increase, in order to increase the equity of an institution, in some jurisdictions, it is possible for shareholders to make direct contributions to the reserves of the institutions.
