RESOLUTION (1) on causes and consequences of natural disasters The ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly, — meeting in Edinburgh (United Kingdom) from 21 to 24 November 2005, — having regard to article 17(1) of its Rules of Procedure, — having regard to the ACP-EC Partnership Agreement signed in Cotonou (Benin) on 23 June 2000 (2), and in particular Articles 30 (Regional Cooperation) and 32
