No L 321/14 Official Journal of the European Communities 22. 11 . 73 REGULATION (EEC) No 3149/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 21 November 1973 amending Regulation (EEC) No 133/73 as regards the period of validity of export licences for cereals of exports ; whereas it is consequently necessary to increase the period of validity so as to facilitate the conclusion of important business transactions ;
