European Commission 16 April 1986, Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1093/86 of 16 April 1986 fixing for the 1985/86 marketing year the percentages of the production of table wine to be delivered for the compulsory distillation referred to in Article 41 of Regulation (EEC) No 337/79
Also known as
Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1093/86 of 16 April 1986 fixes, for the 1985/86 marketing year, the percentages of table wine production that producers in Regions 3 and 4 must deliver for compulsory distillation under Article 41 of Regulation (EEC) No 337/79, applying a graduated scale based on yield per hectare. In Region 3, a coefficient-based system exempts production at or below 90 hectolitres per hectare from any distillation obligation, with progressively higher coefficients applied to yield 'slices' above that threshold, whereas in Region 4 a percentage-based scale applies to the entire production across all yield classes, starting at 3% for yields not exceeding 45 hectolitres per hectare. Each producer's individual distillation obligation is determined by multiplying the relevant production volume by the applicable percentage set out in the Annex, with yields rounded down to the nearest unit.AI
