No L 316/30 I EN 1 Official Journal of the European Communities 30. 12. 95 COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 3044/95 of 29 December 1995 fixing the rates of the refunds applicable to certain cereal and rice-products exported in the form of goods not covered by Annex II to the Treaty whereas Article 4 (5) (b) of Regulation (EC) No 1222/94 provides that, in the absence of the proof referred to in
