Conditions: Since there is no common market organi- sation for apiculture products, the Commission may only submit its comments in accordance with the first sentence of Article 93Ø(3) of the Treaty pursuant to Article 4 of Regulation No 26 (OJØ30, 20.4.1962, p. 993/62). Date of adoption: 10.9.
