Inapplicability of the Regulation to a notified operation (Case No IV/M.1315 — ENW/Eastern) (98/C 344/04) (Text with EEA relevance) On 15 October 1998, the Commission decided that the notified operation in the above case does not fall within the scope of Council Regulation (EEC) No 4064/89 because it does not constitute a concentration within the meaning of Article 3 of the said Regulation.
