Objective: To develop the production and use of alternative energy sources (windpower) and energy saving measures (combined heat and energy production and district heating) by investment projects that allow high levels of energy effi- ciency and environmental protection in terms of reduction of CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions (points 30, 31 and 32 of the environmental guidelines) Legal
