Regulation (EU) No 1296/2013 establishes the European Union Programme for Employment and Social Innovation ('EaSI'), running from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2020, with a total financial envelope of EUR 919,469,000, structured across three complementary axes: Progress (61%), EURES (18%), and Microfinance and Social Entrepreneurship (21%). The Programme's key provisions include support for evidence-based policy-making, voluntary worker mobility, social innovation and experimentation, and increased access to microfinance and social enterprise financing, with co-financing ceilings of 80% under the Progress axis and 95% under the EURES axis.
