Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1278 amends Implementing Regulation (EU) No 680/2014 to update technical standards for the supervisory reporting of institutions in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 575/2013. The regulation replaces and amends various reporting templates and instructions across Annexes I through XVII to provide greater precision regarding own funds, credit risk, and asset encumbrance. It entered into force in July 2015 with retroactive application from 1 June 2015 and is directly applicable in all Member States.AI
