The amendment is prompted by the occurrence in August 2016 of one outbreak in domestic pigs and one case in a feral pig in the Saare County (maakond of Saare) of Estonia, in areas not previously listed, necessitating the inclusion of certain Estonian areas in Parts I, II, and III of the Annex reflecting differentiated risk levels. The legal bases invoked are Article 9(4) of Council Directive 89/662/EEC, Article 10(4) of Council Directive 90/425/EEC, and Article 4(3) of Council Directive 2002/99/EC, and the Decision is addressed to all Member States.AI
