Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/665 of 4 March 2026 amends Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2552 by replacing its Annex with an updated Prodcom list (industrial products classification breakdown) to reflect technological developments and structural changes in industrial production, as required under Regulation (EU) 2019/2152 on European business statistics. The updated list is common to all Member States and serves to ensure comparability of industrial production data across the Union and alignment with external trade statistics and the CPA classification. The Regulation applies to data transmissions to Eurostat relating to reference periods from 1 January 2025 and enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.AI
