Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1553 of 9 July 2026 amends Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1941 by adding Copitarsia decolora and Lagria villosa to the list of pests temporarily prohibited from introduction into, movement within, holding, multiplication, or release in the Union territory until 30 June 2031, on the basis of preliminary risk assessments concluding that both pests fulfil the criteria for quarantine pests under Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2016/2031.
