Also known as
Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1779 of 17 July 2026 amends Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 269/2014 by adding one natural person and five entities to the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures in response to Russia's continued aggression against Ukraine. The listings target Irina Vladimirovna Kharisova and five companies within the ABS Electro group—JSC 'ABS ZEIM Automation', LLC 'Asset Automation', JSC VNIIR, LLC 'Asset Electro', and JSC 'Sokol Asset'—on grounds of their involvement in manufacturing electronic warfare components, including the Kometa antenna used in Shahed/Geran drones and guided bomb kits, and their participation in the Russian oil and gas sector providing substantial revenue to the Russian Government. The Regulation entered into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and is binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.AI
