Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1785 amends Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/191, which imposed definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of certain iron or steel fasteners originating in the People's Republic of China, by granting new exporting producer treatment (NEPT) to Zhejiang Yitai Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd. The Commission determined that the applicant satisfied all three NEPT conditions under Article 2 of the original Regulation: it did not export the product concerned to the Union during the original investigation period (1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020), it is not related to any exporting producer subject to the existing measures, and it commenced actual exports to the Union from May 2025. Consequently, the applicant is added to the Annex of the original Regulation as a cooperating company not included in the sample and is subject to the 39.6% anti-dumping duty rate, with TARIC additional code 88ES.AI
