No C 131/28 Official Journal of the European Communities 12. 6. 76 Confusion is bound to result from the imposition of uniform requirements on: (a) 'jams' of the types consumed in eight of the EEC Member States and having a soluble dry matter content higher than 61%; and (b) 'jams' with a low sugar content (minimum content of soluble dry matter 30%, average content about 50%).
