No C 298/8 Official Journal of the European Communities 9.11.84 Article 3 The Spanish Government shall submit to the Commission the measures which it plans to take pursuant to Article 2. These measures shall be approved by the Commission in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 7 of Directive 83/515/EEC, account being taken of the objectives specified in Article 1.
