Regulation (EEC) No 1117/78 is hereby repealed with the exception of Articles 8 and 9 which shall remain in force until the date determined by the Council Decision on the simultaneous entry into force of the acts implementing the results of the Uruguay Round of multilateral trade negotiations (1 July 1995). 2.
