European Commission 26 March 1999, Proposal for a Council Regulation amending for the third time Regulation (EC) No 850/98 of 30 March 1998 for the conservation of fishery resources through technical measures for the protection of juveniles of marine organisms

Article 3 1. Those Member States which intend to make use of the option provided for in Articles 11 and 27 of Directive 78/660/EEC, as amended by this Directive, shall bring into force the measures necessary for them to comply with this Directive at any time after its publication. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof. 2.
