(Amendment 4) ARTICLE 1(4a) (new) Article 12, 2nd paragraph (new) (Directive 79/373/EEC) 4a. In Article 12 the following paragraph is added: The manufacturers shall be required to provide on request proof of the composition of compound fee- dingstuffs on the basis of internal company documen- tation.
