(Amendment 54) Annex (III) People, aged mainly between 18 and 25 who, in the context of the ‘European Voluntary Service’ or of transnational voluntary projects similar to the ‘European Voluntary Service’, undertake an activity of solidarity which is non-profit making and unpaid, which helps them acquire social and personal skills, and in exchange for which they receive the support of a mentor.
