(Amendment 35) Article 11, first paragraph The Governing Board shall decide on the Agency’s accession to the Interinstitutional Agreement on internal investigations by the Eur- opean Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF). It shall adopt the provisions neces- sary for the conduct of internal investigations by OLAF.
