(Amendment 9) ARTICLE 14(9a) (new) Article 30 (Directive 93/16/EEC) 9a. Article 30 shall be replaced by the following: Article 30 Each Member State which dispenses the complete training referred to in Article 23 within its territory shall institute specific training in general medical prac- tice meeting requirements at least as stringent as those laid down in Articles 31 and 32, in such a man-
