Amendment 3 ARTICLE 1, POINT 1 Article 12, paragraph 5, point (a) (Regulation (EEC) No 1696/71) (a) The aid per hectare shall be the same for all groups of varieties. For seven years from the 1996 harvest, it shall amount to € 480/ha. (a) The aid per hectare shall be the same for all groups of varieties. For five years from the 2001 harvest, it shall amount to € 480/ha.
