Amendment 43 Article 34, paragraph 1, point (da) (new) (da) arrangements for taking statements from witnesses. Amendment 24 Article 35, paragraph 1, subparagraph 2 The validity of decisions applying Article 81(3) of the Treaty adopted by the Commission under those Regulations shall come to an end no later than the date of application of this Regulation.
