Amendment 10 Annex, Part 3, point (b), subparagraph 1a (new) The election or appointment of employees to the SE’s admin- istrative or supervisory organ shall take place according to relevant national customs or legal provisions of the Member States governing the appointment of employees to the bodies of joint stock companies.
