Amendment 6 Article 6, paragraph 4a (new) 4a. For the purposes of this Regulation, ‘legal practi- tioners’ means judges, prosecutors, lawyers, academics, minis- try officials, judicial officials, bailiffs, court interpreters and others involved in the administration of justice in the area of civil law.
