Article 15 Repeal Directive 77/92/EEC is hereby repealed with effect from the date referred to in Article 16(1). Article 16 Transposition 1. Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive before ……… (*). They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.
