15. Calls for rapid action to investigate the situation of the two Portuguese children who disappeared several months ago; 16. Instructs its President to forward this resolution to the Council, the Commission, the Co-Presidents of the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly, the African Union, and the Government and Parliament of Angola.
