Official Journal of the European Union EN 10.3.2004 C 61 E/268 Wednesday 12 March 2003 Article 7 1. Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive by 31 December 2004 at the latest. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.
