23.3.2004 EN C 73/41 Official Journal of the European Union 2.11. recommends that ‘subsidiarity’ and ‘continuing rel- evance’ be included in the list of indicators for screening the acquis for simplification; 2.12. recommends that consideration be given to creating an independent expert advisory group to monitor impact assessments, assure objectivity and encourage good practice.
