Amendment 16 Annex, point 1.7 1.7. Where Europol is unable to carry out the tasks specified in points 1.1 to 1.6 in accordance with the Europol Con- vention, the national central offices of the Member States shall retain competence. Deleted Amendment 17 Annex, point 1a (new) 1a.
