Amendment 20 Article 7a (new) Article 7a Respect for core principles and strengthening local markets (1) In order to accelerate the eradication of poverty through the promotion of local capacities, markets and purchases, spe- cial consideration shall be given to local and regional procure- ment in partner countries.
