(2) Article 20 is amended as follows: (a) Paragraph 1 is amended as follows: In the first sentence, the words Not later than 3 January 2005 are replaced by Not later than 3 January 2007; (b) Paragraph 3 is deleted. Article 2 1. Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive by 31 December 2005 at the latest.
