Amendment 4 ARTICLE 1 Article 120, paragraph 2, subparagraph 1 (Regulation (EC) No 40/94) 2. The term of office of the President shall not exceed five years. On a proposal from the board of management and after a Commission evaluation and opinion, it may be extended once for a period of not more than five years. 2. The term of office of the President shall not exceed five years.
