Amendment 50 Article 30, paragraph 1 1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2005. Council Regulation (EC) No 2501/2001 is repealed with effect from 1 April 2005. 1. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2005. Council Regulation (EC) No 2501/2001 is repealed with effect from 1 April 2005 without prejudice to paragraph 1a.
