Article 23 Transitional provision Regulation (EC) No 2012/2002 shall continue to apply to applications received by the Commission before the date of entry into force of the present Regulation. Article 24 Entry into force This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
