5. Points 1 to 4 shall apply to Community air carriers and to carriers that have their principal place of business in one or more Member States. 6. Responsibilities for taking appropriate action in the event of any act of unlawful interference committed on board a civil aircraft or during a flight shall be clearly defined, without prejudice to the principle of the authority of the captain of the
