Article 58 Entry into force and application This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. This Decision shall apply from … (*), with the exception of Articles 14, 15, 20, 21, 23, 27, Article 33(2), Article 33(5), Article 34, Article 37(4) and Article 56 which shall apply from 1 January 2007.
