TEXT PROPOSED BY THE COMMISSION AMENDMENTS BY PARLIAMENT Amendment 12 Article 3f (new) Article 3f The meetings and proceedings of the Joint Committee provided for in Article 10 of the Agreement may be attended by a Member of the European Parliament in an observer capacity, and also by representatives of the fisheries sector operating under the Agreement.
