Calls on the Commission to review in 2012 the progress made in attaining the objectives of the Strategy and to assess the potential in different sectors for further cost-effective reductions; * * * 28. Instructs its President to forward this resolution to the Council and the Commission as well as to the governments and parliaments of the Member States.
