EN ECB-PUBLIC OPINION OF THE EUROPEAN CENTRAL BANK of 4 April 2023 on the imposition of a temporary solidarity contribution (CON/2023/9) Introduction and legal basis On 13 March 2023 the European Central Bank (ECB) received a request from the Lithuanian Ministry of Finance for an opinion on a draft law on the imposition of a temporary solidarity contribution (hereinafter the ‘draft law’).
